Hot Lunch payment Issues

If parents are having difficulty using their credit card for payment they need to:

–  Make sure that all of the credit card info matches what their card carrier has on file – this may require a phone call to their credit card company

–  If the information matches exactly and it is still not working, they can then email support@munchalunch.com as I do not have access to their payment information and their credit card details are not stored by MunchaLunch.
